Spotify web not working on linux

Hi, I'd like to use web spotify on my linux (Kubuntu 20.10) pc, in opera browser. going to https://open.spotify.com/ this error appears:
Abilita la riproduzione sicura nel tuo browserwhich is translated in
abilitate the secure mode in your browserso I went to settings and checked it, but it was already ON. I also tried to turn it OFF, but nothing, that message was still there (I refreshed several times)
searching on the web, I found someone having a similar problem that resolved turning OFF opera turbo mode, i turned it off, but nothing happened.
I thought that some extension may mess up, so I tried to access the website in incognito mode, but didn't work. what can I do? is it only a problem of mine?

@tubbadu I can play https://open.spotify.com/ without issue on Debian 10.
You should open developer tools > console tab to see what is the issue.

@nneo16 Sorry, I think it's the same issue with video player with libffmpeg.so, try replace it with instructions here https://forums.opera.com/topic/42185/the-videos-don-t-play-topic/72
