[Opera GX for Windows] Chromecast Support?

Is there Chromecast support for Opera GX? I cannot find it in opera://settings or opera://flags.

Also, I am in the U.S. In previous posts, it said it is not available for some reason. Is it possible to download GX using a VPN to get Chromecast?

@someguy12211 Also looking for the same feature, if it's not accessible yet I doubt much can be done between Google and Opera in that regard.
