[Implemented] Snapshot feature in Opera should have minimum Edit abilities

The snapshot feature in Opera (the camera icon on the right corner of the address bar) should also support some of the basic features like

1. Blurring parts of image
2. Annotations

@leocg I just observed that instead of Capture and Close, if we choose capture, the resulting window has these features. So can you help mark this suggestion as Already Implemented.
