Bug Found:
When multiple windows are open, the browser sound effects of Incognito windows will stack.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Ensure that browser sound effects are enabled.
2. Open two or more windows, with at least one of those being an incognito window (open more incognito windows to amplify effect).
3. Type, open/close tabs, or do anything else that would trigger the browser sound effects.

You should hear a sort of "doubling" effect from the sound effects.
