Videos don't play

I have this problem for about 2 weeks, randomly videos don't start and are loading for a while, when it happens all videos on youtube or on other sites doing same, after maybe 30 seconds all previously started videos are starting at the same time. It's browser problem because when it happened, i checked does on other browsers videos behave same, on chrome videos were played fine. This is what youtube is showing when it happens: "If playback doesn’t begin shortly try restarting your device". Hardware acceleration does nothing. I reinstalled opera twice,
