Friends, as a solution, if you want to download Music and Video from Soundcloud and all music / video sites, I recommend the Saveform plugin, which I use now without any problems, which can be downloaded in one click. After installing the plugin, make sure you set the plugin settings from which sites you want it to be downloaded.

Same here. I am in France, but get this same error even if a VPN is employed, so I don't think it's regional. But what do I know... This extension hasn't been updated in almost 2 years, while Soundcloud has doubtless been updated a few times. So... We may be out of luck these days. Sad.
