Sound Discrepancy

Hello, im using opera gx for 5 months and in the last days when i watch videos when the video start i hear the sound but it lags for a sec or two and then it starts. This results to sound discrepancy i've tried if its the same for other browsers but its not so its from the browser what do i do?
