[Suggestion] Add the speed dial/start page button

Hey, this feature has been a part of the regular opera browser for as long as I remember. I got really used to work with it, and not having it makes it so much harder to move to the new GX version. I'm searching for it with my mouse every couple of minutes by reflex, and it's so frustrating to have it missing.

I think it would be great to add this button like in the original version of Opera.
It is quite convenient and allows you to immediately return to the main page without opening a new tab, unlike the Alt + Home hotkey

I want to switch fully to Opera GX but some feautures from regular opera wont let me xD

Like this "Start page" Icon at the search bar, I find it to be very usefull and instead of going all the way to the Bottom on the Left Panel. Thanks!
