Site panels from Sidebar opens windows wrongly

First type of Site panels errors

Open two Opera windows - left and right - just as it's shown on screenshots below. There is limit of 5 websites which you may attach to your Sidebar. Let's say you are testing the feature. You want to add another website. In such case you must delete one from your the five already attached. It appeared that Sidebar and Site panels do not keep history correctly. Deleted website URL is still kept in configuration!

Second type of Site panels errors

Sidebar shows sometimes transparent list of local directories.

There's a medication for the errors showed in Fig.1 and Fig.2.
