Hi all. The problem starts about one year ago from the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Our government blocked a lot of Web sites, proxies and VPN's to reduce information leaks, but they surrendered then. And Opera IP's come into the blocklist to. Now, most software works normally. But not Opera.
I can't download opera from web site directly. Launching Chrome start VPN and download the offline install package of the opera. Maybe you can make proxy IP for download/update from Uzbekistan.
Opera is the top browser in my mind. I'm using Opera on PC and Android too. But that problems with PC updating, make life really hard. Can you help with the problem send message directly to our national Internet provider and ask them to remove Opera's IPs form the block list as an official (except VPN IPs if they scare about it).
