Background music Audio Visualizer not showing up.

The background music works fine, but the audio visualizer isn't showing up. It says it's enabled but it won't show. Iv'e tried to reinstall, rename directory, disable ad blocks, remove extensions, log in and out of account, restarting computer and making a new directory.
