Currently highlighting a non-linked url and selecting "Go to web address" opens in the same window. It should open in new tab

Many users has requested it and I've not read any reason to do not do that.

Don't know if it's a devs fork work or Chromium devs firstly...
It maybe necessary to ask them at crbug.com.
