Opera stops loading new tabs permanently

Hi.
About a week ago this problem occurred. At some point with no apparent reason Opera stops loading pages in newly opened tabs. The old tabs keep working - they can be reloaded and I can open a different address in them. But the new tabs don't load anything except for the speedial. After I input an address or click on an item in the speeddial, the tab becomes blank permanently. At the same time all the other applications have no problem with connecting to the Internet.
This problem doesn't disappear after I close and reopen Opera. Only full system reboot helps.macOS 10.12.6
