@koruy попробуй отключить Adguard и Dr.Web Anti-Virus Link Checker. Скорее всего, одно из них блокирует доступ к http://015.by/ .

Так вот как раз если ввести в адресной строке http://015.by - сайт не открывается. Если ввести https://015.by - сайт открывается. Например браузер хром открывает сайт при вводе http://015.by

@fonm разъясняю первый пост сайт открывал из поисковой строки просто искал 015.by сайт не открывается с адресом http, затем на форуме увидел информацию что сайт открывается через https и действительно сайт открывается через https, а вы пишете, что https - это не правильный адрез, но почему то сайт с неправильным адресом открывается. Да я из белоруссии.

У меня установлено расширение HTTPS Everywhere которое блокирует все незашифрованные запросы и вот что происходит если я пытаясь открыть https://015.by
