Этот сайт открывается с задержкой. По всей видимости хостер у них в рф с-петербург.

у меня без разницы на всех браузерах с vpn или без c расширениями или без, а именно opera chromium firefox seamonkey vivaldi

У меня установлено расширение HTTPS Everywhere которое блокирует все незашифрованные запросы и вот что происходит если я пытаясь открыть https://015.by

Да я из белоруссии.

Без разницы каким браузером открывать все едино. Вины оперы здесь нет.

Так вот как раз если ввести в адресной строке http://015.by - сайт не открывается. Если ввести https://015.by - сайт открывается. Например браузер хром открывает сайт при вводе http://015.by
