Touchpad scrolling stops for a minute

Hello,
I've installed Opera browser. I really like it. But I have very annoying problem. Web scrolling stops for a minute randomly. It only happens in Opera, if I switch it to other browser, it starts working, but if I switch back to Opera - it's still stopped.
These stops takes for somewhere a minute. Time passes, and it starts working again.

It only happens when I use internal touchpad. And only with Opera.
Mouse doesn't have this problem.

Hello! I have got exactly the same Problem (MACOS Catalina 10.15.6 Macbook 12 2017). Does anybody know a fix? Thanks
