why opera try to connect to some servers while opera is idle and all features & auto update & opera VPN is disabled ?
example:

How i can use opera in Offline-mode ? i wanna opera just connect to my typed addresses?

The Opera Mini one just looks like the https://auth.opera.com/account/login auth page. Opera probably loads it for some reason. Not sure. Doesn't look malicious or anything.

The 216 one is just the google.com page. That might be something Chromium-based browsers do. Not sure.

For the Google 173 one, I'n not sure what that's for.

I used an portable app called "Simplewall" And blocked Opera from connecting to these IP ranges
