Disable Bookmarks

Is there a way to remove the heart/bookmark icon from the toolbar? I use a decent bookmark tool which works across all systems (including IOS) and have no need for this feature in my desktop clients. I'd rather clean up the interface by removing this icon along with the My Flow icon which I find useless when I can already just use the share button,
