WhatsApp Sidebar Lagging, but Messenger isn't

I'm trying to use the WhatsApp sidebar, but find the lagg to be very difficult to deal with.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?

Is anyone able to help with this? I stopped using GX cause it is just unusable this way and I want to resolve it so I can come back

I don't use messenger but i encoutered these isuess, i just updated Opera GX one day and it fixed.

Have the same huge lag so i prefer use the other opera because of that, it's a shame because i love this opera gx features
