Opera site was blocked in Egypt.. I can open sites through Opera app using VPN but I can't update the software or login to sync different devices

Look for resident VPNs.
WindScribe, Proton..., On Desktop using OpenVPN if doesn't have Mac client.
Proton works on Android, not sure on iOS, but maybe Hotspot Shield.
Look also for: VPN for Egipt on QWant, DDG or whichever uncensored.

Maybe Egyptian Government blocked this website as opera has built in vpn and egypt banned vpn

@eltabry This because of the Egyptian government.
They blocked Opera because Opera has a built-in VPN can unblock all website which the Egyptian regime trying to prevent anyone inside Egypt from seeing it.
