Open Url in other browser need advance option

Hello ,
Some occasions I need using IE browser due to some restriction require :
Original command in index.ini has " 2 separate " options due to IE installed location different between my Desktop & my laptop :
In Desktop : Copy & Execute program, "C:\Program Files\IE\explorer.exe"
Item, "Desktop"=Delay , 600 & Copy & Execute program,"C:\Program Files\IE\explorer.exe","http://banks internet.com=query&view=tl&start=0&init=1&fs=1&q=%t"
In Lap top : Copy & Execute program, "C:\Program Files (x86)\IE\explorer.exe"
Item, "Lap top"=Delay , 600 & Copy & Execute program, "C:\Program Files (x86)\IE\explorer","http://banks internet.com=query&view=tl&start=0&init=1&fs=1&q=%t"
Is the following okay so that can combine 2 options into 1 on both machine by adding ">" ?
Item, "Desktop and Laptop"=Delay , 600 & Copy & Execute program,"C:\Program Files\IE\explorer.exe","http://banks internet.com=query&view=tl&start=0&init=1&fs=1&q=%t" > Delay , 600 & Copy & Execute program, "C:\Program Files (x86)\IE\explorer","http://banks internet.com=query&view=tl&start=0&init=1&fs=1&q=%t"

I made this but not work, is there any other workaround ?
I added ">"
Item, "HOME"=Delay , 600 & Execute program, "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" > & Execute program, "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe","http://mail.google.com/mail/?search=query&view=tl&start=0&init=1&fs=1&q=%t
Trying to use 1 single righ click command and if Opera can choose the one suits.
