Window redraw issue when display device availability (or desktop geometry?) changes

Repro:
-
Install latest Opera beta (though has been affecting Opera for quite some time now)
-
Load a few tabs with your favorite websites
-
Disconnect all displays (e.g. KVM to switch between two machines, undock a laptop/tablet display, etc.)
-
Reconnect displays
-
Note opera window is completely distorted or all black
