What version of Windows and what versions of Opera?

Hardware acceleration on in opera://settings/system or off?

Freezing just in the video popout (PIP) or in general?

• Hardware acceleration is on.
• Windows 7 32-bit. I'm using Opera v67.
• No problem when I open the same video in other browsers.
