What is wrong with mybrowseraddon.com?

I have tried to submit bug reports and explanations about why I discarded a particular extension to mybrowseraddon.com and I always get this error message:
Error occurred while submitting Form.
Please contact your form administrator for further assistance.

I did allow the site to set cookies, since I have seen that some CAPTCHAs do not work without cookies. It did not matter which browser I used. I tried SeaMonkey, Safari, and Opera, and got the same result. I am using MacOS, so is it a Mac thing, or an error with the site itself?
