No way to organize tabs? Whenever I attempt to put them into a useful order...

It does not appear that Opera can retain any attempt to organize tabs, beyond whatever its default is--order of retention? Whenever I have attempted to sort them into a useful order--to me--once I reboot, the order is back to whatever Opera does--no memory of what I sorted, except as long as my synchronized session is in effect. This is very frustrating. Can someone advise the trick to get Opera to remember my organization past the current instance of Opera?

Do you mean
a) the order of tabs within a window
or
b) the order of several windows?I don't have any issues with tabs but the windows do indeed open in random order which I wish they didn't.

@treego I don't know what WorkSpaces is. Opera 67 doesn't allow me to synchronize--it bombs out, "not responding," if I sync, so no tabs on Opera for me until they fix that.

@jimmybfmv I am referring to the order of the saved bookmarks in the bookmark bar.
