I see you mean the maximize/restore button.
That's weird. What version of Opera?
Does it happen with a fresh profile? Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to a folder named "Opera Test" on your desktop, set "install for" to "standalone installation", uncheck "import data from default browser", and install. Test in that Opera, but do not enable Opera sync, do not install any extensions, and do not enable the adblocker.
Does it look fine then?
Does the issue only happen when Opera's window is maximized? Does the sidebar have to be hidden to trigger it?

Okay, that's a maximize/restore button, my bad.
I guess it only happen while I m playing the video game (some low resolution game) and let Opera running at background. After I quit the game, issue is triggered when I maximize the Opera window.
My Opera is in version:66.0.3515.72.
