Two Questions about Bookmark Bar

Hi Everyone!
I have to admit that I hasn't use Opera for a while. This reencounter is giving me a very good taste, but I have two concerns about the bookmark bar. I miss the mouse hovering navigation and i don`t like the continuous favicons refreshing everytime i open it.
How can I enable the first one and disable the second one?
