Hi @premduse, you can use the following switch for that "--user-data-dir=\Path\to\profileX", and make several shortcuts to the "launcher.exe", that will include different paths, e.g.
"\Path\to\launcher.exe" --user-data-dir="\Path\to\profile1"

Use the default profile for personal and use --user-data-dir to have a profile for work.

Why is that a problem? Each profile would get its own bookmarks. Or, you can use Opera Sync to sync between the two. Or, you goto the URL
opera://bookmarks
, export your bookmarks from the one profile and import them into the other. Then in each, you can get rid of the ones that are not needed for that profile.Another option is to just have a separate Opera for work stuff. Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to "C:\Users\yourusername\Opera Work" for example, set "install for" to "standalone installation", uncheck "import data from default browser" and install. Then, put a shortcut to "C:\Users\yourusername\Opera Work\launcher.exe" on your desktop and name it "Opera Work" or something.
