Is it possible to get Opera to play Netflix shows under Linux? I've tried several "solutions" but none seem to work: Error Code: O7701-1003
I have installed WidevineCDM via Google chrome, however it is not listed under opera://components or chrome://components:
MEI Preload - Version: 1.0.5.0
Subresource Filter Rules - Version: 9.6
CRLSet - Version: 5512I really want this to work, as I like Opera's VPN feature.
It can't really be that hard to get right!Version:64.0.3417.54
Opera is up to date
Update stream:Stable
System:Manjaro Linux (x86_64; XFCE) -

Have you tried this too?
https://forums.opera.com/topic/28663/widevine-and-opera/45For the moment, it seems as the most logical solution to the "opera can't find the widevice lib" problem.

Please see the solution in Widevine + H.264 Support on Ubuntu 19.10
FYI I am watching Netflix in Opera + Ubuntu right now.

@parasit no idea what people are complaining about. I have no issue watching Netflix, Hulu or Amazon Prime content.

@parasit you may need to just re-copy the files to their correct locations. It's not a big deal. Takes 1 minute.

@johnnyboycurtis again the same situation, 2 times in 3 weeks... Agsin !!! Problem is not in copy files, but in fact that i must do this Again, after almost every update !!! FIles are in the same folders, but opera overwrites ffmpeg by own (not working) version.

Fyi, on every update, of any package, the package manager replaces the package's existing files with the new, upadted ones. Why should opera be an exception to it?
