I keep getting this error msg fro opera
You cannot visit blu174.mail.live.com right now because the website uses HSTS

Wikipedia has a pretty decent explanation of it.
Try cleaning out your cookies and third party data to fix it and report back if it works.

I figured out what was going wrong apparently Opera didn't like me using a bookmark to https://blu174.mail.live.com/ after creating a new bookmark which points to https://outlook.com instead it works fine it was to do with the Cert pointing mail.live.com and not to blu174.mail.live.com Opera did not like it
It just seemed funny that an previously working link (for years in Opera) worked fine then all of a sudden it stopped working right
