I've been using the Opera VPN (for Win 10) for a couple of years now and I used to be able to leave it on all the time. In the last couple of months, I've had to turn it off more than it's on. It just flat out won't let websites load or once you're at a site, slows it down so much that the VPN has to be turned off.
What the heck happened?

Sometimes, the best way to deal with this problem is just to wait it out. Sometimes unknown issues with ISP or even Opera servers affect the VPN service. But there are also some troubleshooting methods you can try that might fix the issue. https://www.windowsdispatch.com/fix-opera-vpn-not-working-temporarily-unavailable/
