Dragging Page Info icon makes Opera Version:65.0.3467.48 quit.

I used to be able to create an internet shortcut file by dragging the Page Information icon (just to the right of the VPN button) to a Finder window. IIRC, the file would be named using the title of the current page.
Now if I click on the icon and begin to drag it, Opera quits immediately. I get no crash or "unexpectedly quit" alert, so I presume Opera is just quitting.
I can still create a shortcut file by selecting the page URL text and dragging that to the Finder, but the resulting shortcut is named using the URL address itself (I can modify the name in the Finder, of course). I much prefer the method I was using before.
My macOS is Catalina version 10.15.1 (19B88).
Thanks for any suggestions.
