Opera only working with VPN on

Hello,

Since yesterday Opera is only working with VPN On. When I turn it Off it shows the following message:
No internet
There is something wrong with the proxy server, or the address is incorrect.

Try:
Contacting the system admin
Checking the proxy address
ERR_PROXY_CONNECTION_FAILED

All other applications work normally. When VPN is on is works fine as well. I don't have a proxy connection on my computer.
