Tile of the "Start Page" in a new tab by default ?.

Hello !
When you click on a Tile of the "Start Page", it opens the page requested in the current tab instead of the "Start Page"... It's OK.
When you click on a Tile of the "Start Page" with the "Ctrl" key pressed (or right click), it opens the requested page in a new tab. OK too.
Can we reverse this process and still allways open a Tile from the "Start Page" in a new default tab?
