[Suggestion]Delay between posts

I appreciate Opera Forum Developers in implementing delays between posts for new users. I would like to suggest a small enhancement here.
Instead of showing the below as a static text you can show a timer that counts down to 120 seconds and then optionally offer a confirmation to post or discard.
Message that is referred in the above suggestion:
ERROR
As a new user, you can only post once every 120 second(s) until you have earned 3 reputation - please wait before posting again
