Youtube volume up/down shortcut issue

Hello,

I'm expiriencing issue with youtube volume keybord shortcuts since one of the latest version. When I press arrow up/down the page scrolling rather than earlier volume up/down. I need to click and stop the video to activate back that feature.
I've tested it on latest firefox to eliminate youtube problem and works OK. Looks it someting wrong with Opera.
