Update to Opera 66.0.3494.0 has ruined sidebar display

The Opera 66.0.3494.0 update has changed the way the sidebar is handled. The Extensions sidebar is now merged into the Sidebar.
- If the browser is set in "Dark Mode", then the tabs are displayed with black text on a dark grey background, rather than white text on a dark grey background.
- The "options/settings" icon at the bottom of the V7tabs window no longer brings up the settings window.
- Scaling (Clicking -, 100%, +) no longer works on the tabs, only on the web page.
