Opera Account?

Hello,
Recently I've installed the latest version of Opera browser on my Android phone.
And I've noticed that Opera appeared in Settings/Accounts and I can't remove it. Could someone please explain what stands beneath that? I have never used Opera Sync or crypto wallets.
Looking forward to replies or comments.

@karamella101 apparently you are denied deleting this account on that level of your mobile.
If you want to delete opera, find and change administrator settings on your phone.
Search on startpage can help with instructions
