Some websites on opera are not working correctly

Some websites like amazon, twitch, and the Opera forums come up as links with blue text and other separation lines. Its almost as if CSS was removed from the websites. I'm having to use google chrome in order to type this. There is no ability to insert picture files, therefore I cannot physically show you what is happening. I remember having a problem a couple of weeks ago, that I could not figure out how to fix, which I initially made worse and now this is happening. Before, it would redirect me to a page in which it stated something about not having the proper certificate (unfortunately I do not remember the name) and something with HSTS. The error came up with something that said, this website might be trying to trick you. However if there is a way to contact Opera support via email, it would be greatly appreciated for the information.
