Out of memory?

Mac 10.12 is set to reopen all my windows when I boot-up. But all the tab pages display the following message: "Out of memory. Either Opera ran out of memory or the process for the webpage was terminated for some other reason."
Is this message supposed to be humorous? Why don't the pages auto-reload?

I am getting the same message when opening up a new page/tab.
Although mine is not set to re-open pages on boot-up.
