[Solved]Can't sign into google services

Using opera on windows 10. Every I try to sign into any sort of google service (gmail, youtube, etc.) google tells me there is a problem with my cookie settings; however, after messing with my cookie settings and doing what google told me to it still gives me the same error.
what can I do?https://accounts.google.com/CookieMismatch
This is the site I get redirected to every time I try to sign into google. -
