Resubmit dialog doesn't work

Hello,
When I submit some form via POST, form is submitted to the following page. Followed page is real page with result of POST, no redirect presented. On the following page, I hit the CTRL+R key and I expect Confirmation for resubmit dialog as presented in Chrome or Firefox. But nothing is shown in Opera and form is silently resubmit.
I think it's bug. It's annoying me particularly within web application development, because it's hurts my testing scenarios and data. -

More info: Opera Stable, 41.0.2353.69, Windows 10 64bit.

You can test it e.g. on http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?action=login2.
Click submit on button, then CTRL+R, form is silently resubmit without any warning.
With another browser (IE, FF) warning about resubmit is shown.
