Full size sites in speed dial - Opera 12.16

Anyone remember how to set full size site preview on speed dial in opera 12.16?

You misunderstood me
I want full size previews on my all tabs like on facebook (look at image)

Right click each speed dial icon and select 'Reload every >' and choose any option except never (say '6 hours' for example). Then right click each icon and click 'Reload'.

I wouldn't really advise clicking the browsers main 'Reload' button in the tool bar to reload all icons at the same time, as that just seems to clog up the speed dial as each icon polls the relevant sites for the latest page info and you can end up with blank or partially loaded icons.
