Neither Ctrl+Alt+1 nor Alt+2 works in Opera.
Only toolbar button. No entire page translation, and a quick one word hints.

By the way, the third dictionary is referred as simply "Translator", but the result of it was the best among those three.

@ulrikhe-lukoie Translation Comparison shortcuts are fully customizable, and can be defined using Options.

I tried it and this extension works at the very least, compared to the other "Google Translate" ones that don't, good enough for me.
