Help with extensions!!

Hello, I noticed that there are these "extensions" that are not accessible by the extensions tab, they look like they are "ghosts", but when you start Opera with the following command "--show-component-extension-options" there are several extensions that are not can be disabled because it is not a component of Opera (?). Is there any way to remove all these extensions completely?

No. Consider those extensions built-in functionality that Opera uses to modify Chromium to add features and such.
