Spiegel.de does not fully load

Spiegel.de will not fully load. Halfway through the page the loading process will stall. Opera then reacts sluggish until tab is closed.
This has been going on for quite some time now. Problem had already disappeared a couple of weeks ago, and came back recently, around last weekend. -

No probs with SPON here, stab + dev. Js on or off - all web pages from spiegel.de are displayed correctly.
addons deactivated for test purpose? -

I also already tried deactivating Anti_virus. -

When visiting Spiegel.de for the first time, some sort of device fingerprinting seems to take place, via script.ioam.de, and also the existence of an enabled advertising blocker is checked. Maybe this is causing issues, in connection with certain browser settings. Does an additionally installed portable version of Opera with default settings display Spiegel.de without problems?
Do you see this popup window when you visit the website with Opera AdBlocker turned on?
On my low-performance netbook loading Spiegel.de takes quite a long time, but in the end the homepage and subpages are displayed correctly. -

As mentioned above, I have deactivated all add-ons.
The first couple of sections are visible and readable and clickable, however, about 1/3 down the feed there will be a clear-cut break-off beyond which there will be only white. The loading symbol in the bar will continue to be active and after some painfully long time, like 1-3 minutes, sometimes the rest of the page will appear, sometimes only about another third.
This affects only Spiegel.de. All the other pages load without any problems. Maybe I will try to reinstall Opera again. I have tried before already. Maybe it will work this time.

Can't confirm. Loads completely and everything down the page looks like it loaded fine. Opera 62.0.3331.99 64-bit (with fresh profile, no VPN, no adblocker, no extensions, no Opera Sync) on Windows 10 Pro in USA.
