Sorting Opera Imported Bookmarks By Date ( Newest to Oldest )

Hi Opera Experts,

i am a new user of opera browser, dumped chrome yesterday and installed Opera 40.0, chrome was eating my laptop battery like hell, seems opera imported automatically my bookmarks from Chrome and i want to know how can arrange new bookmarks by date of add-on ( creation), so i end up seeing Newest to Oldest, something that bothered me a lot in Chrome!

if this is not a native feature in Opera, please suggest the proper extension.

also, Why Opera don't offer a 64 bit version? do the 32 bit version works well, as Opera downloaded it by default, they didn't offer a 64 bit version.

if you have any tips for Opera, please share, especially for Opera Menu Skin, as it looks Dull.

At this time Opera only has an alphabetical sort of bookmarks. I have no knowledge of extensions that might improve on that as I use a custom order.

The 64-bit version is in development and will probably be available in a version or two.

Opera does not have skins for its menu, only its internal pages (Speed Dial, Bookmarks Manager, etc).

another question that i have now, i am using google translate as an extension on opera, i use it a lot while i am reading.

when using google translate you select a word with left mouse double click, amazingly opera has a pop up menu with copy, search and it hides google translate, its very annoying!

i hope you have a solution for that!

Settings > Browser > User interface > Enable the search pop-up when selecting text. Uncheck that.

It Worked !! you just saved a new Opera User, best answer.

Now i am happy using my new browser, good bye Chrome.
