I have completed this small change and it works perfect. Did not take more than a few minutes.
I find seconds extremely useful for certain time-check tasks.

Follow the clear and easy instructions given pictorially in the link below and its done.
You have to restart your PC afterwards to show the seconds.

I had to use the 32-bit choice specified, regardless of my PC being a 64-bit set when selecting the new DWORD value.
