I have several portable Opera installations. One of them is 58.0.3135.127. She does not see the upgrade to 60.0.3255.27. Of course, I talking about a stable channel here. I have information on having the most up-to-date version on the opera-sites:

It happens to some users. Download the Opera installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to the current installation, adjust any checkboxes you want and choose upgrade.

@burnout426 I know that I could download the installer and write new versions for older installations of the Opera. I just did not want to do it out of laziness.
