[Solved]Some field difficult to read, when dark theme is active

With the new version 60 it's difficult in some circumstances to read text:

I am dissapointed and cannot understand, why this happens even there are many DEV and Beta versions.

Dosen't matter if dark or light theme is choosen. The Dropdown (Suggestion-List) is unreadable.
Opera Developer: 61.0.3275.0 it is OK.
Opera Beta: 60.0.3255.20 its also broken. (Seems to be an older build than the stable Version)

My version is 60.0.3255.27 Stable.
Why are this version is stable with this terrible bugs?

Newest Stable Version 60.0.3255.56 does not fix the UI Problem!?

Just noticed this, same issue here, even white theme i get dark drop down menu with black text so very hard to read

The Dropdown is fixed now since version 60.0.3255.83
But the buttons in the message "Zertifikat wählen" still the same.
